In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have selected the wrong size, you can send your item back for an exchange only. There will be no refunds issued on any items or original shipping costs at this time. 

As a small, independently-run business that only sells high-quality, ethically sourced apparel we need to do what is smart for our business so that we can continue to serve our customers at the highest level. That being said, please reach out to us with any concerns you may have or if you feel your items have arrived damaged, etc. and we will always do our best to make things right and ensure you have a great experience shopping with us!🤎

Full details: To initiate an exchange, email us at shop@oliveactive.co. As the buyer you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Your exchange must be postmarked & sent back to us within 15 days of receiving your item(s). You may exchange your original item for any new item of equal or lesser value. If you would like to exchange for an item of greater value, we will coordinate with you to pay the difference. If you are local to Long Island, NY and would prefer to coordinate a drop-off, please reach out to us!

NOTE: Any items listed as "final sale" are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

Merchandise must be returned in unworn condition with tags attached. If any merchandise is returned with stains or visible signs of wearing, we reserve the right to deny the issuance of the return funds. Please note that returns may be denied at our discretion due to any of the following:

  • Signs of having been worn, any visible stains
  • Signs of having been washed
  • Excessive wrinkling
  • Smelling of perfume/ smoke/ deodorant
  • Excessive hair or lint
  • Returned without originally tags intact and without original bra padding if applicable

In order to initiate an exchange, please email shop@oliveactive.co with your order number, reason for exchange, and new item you would like to exchange for. We will send you instructions on next steps. And we will ship your new item(s) to you free of charge!

Please note that all of our items are listed with detailed descriptions and model info, plus we have a detailed size chart available.
